Return/Refund policy

We will gladly assist you with your returns however the merchandise needs to be returned within 7 days of delivery. The return eligibility pertains to the fact that the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received which is unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The receipt of proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns shall be processed within 48 hours once the product reaches its destination and quality check has been done.

Returns shall be refunded back to the original method of payment via email authorisation. Therefore, refund initiation can vary bin accordance to the time taken by the courier to deliver it back to the respective warehouse.

The merchandise can be returned/ exchanged if a wrong shipment has been delivered. A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. In case of exchange if the merchandise is available then we shall ship the replacement at the earliest. Belwaba however reserves the right to exchange any item(s) similar to the value as per our policy.
